Before we can tell you how we will provide the services you want, we have to understand what you actually need. We offer a wide range of accountancy services; we don't take a 'one size fits all' approach.
!We promise and guarantee that we do not use high-pressure sales techniques. In fact, we don't use any sales techniques at all. We give you honest, straightforward information and advice.
How does it work?
You will have a one-to-one meeting, telephone conversation or email correspondence directly with Tim Phillips.
Tim will give you his initial analysis of what services we might provide, as well as answering any questions you may have.
There is no time limit to this meeting or correspondence, which is entirely free and without obligation. You will not be asked to make any commitment or sign anything.
Hand-written information taken down by Tim will not be put onto any computer until you instruct us; and will be shredded if you don't. Please see our data protection information.
What happens next?
The meeting or initial call or email will be followed up by an email summarising all the relevant points and addressing any particular issues arising. The email will contain advice and a menu of options to suit your particular circumstances and requirements.
In most cases we will be able to give a first year maximum fees guarantee or advise that your case fits into our fixed fees tariff.
There is no charge for the time taken on this email.
